Our RSVP deadline is January 19th, 2027! Please do your best to RSVP as soon as you can as we will consider any ‘no response’ as a ‘no’ and you will be missed!

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult only celebration. The only children that will be in attendance are the ones that are in the ceremony.

We did our best to include everyone, but the venue has a strict capacity limit. Please consider only the people named on your formal invitation as included—thank you for understanding.

Yes — we’ll provide shuttle service between the hotels where we’ve reserved room blocks and the venue. If you’re driving, there is parking available at the venue. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is also an option. Please plan your transportation ahead of time and arrange a safe ride home.

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors—please dress for March weather in Sarasota, which is typically mild (not too hot or cold).

The Welcome Party is on March 17, 2027, from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM at The Lawn at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota. The dress code is white cocktail attire.
